Shipping Policy

Advance CTE will ship orders via Fedex within 3 business days of receiving the order, including receipt of payment or a fully executed Purchase Order. Backordered items may take longer to ship. The cost of shipping will be added to your order at checkout. Please contact pmccauley@itpofusa.com to request expedited shipping, or if you have questions about your order.

Refund Policy

Advance CTE will grant full refunds (less shipping and handling) for publications returned to the Career Clusters Store in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Return requests must be in writing and approved before the return is shipped.
